Itinerary

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN ARUSHA – CITY EXPLORATION

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, your guide will transfer you to Arusha, the gateway to Tanzania’s safari circuit. Depending on your arrival time, explore Arusha’s cultural sites, local markets, or coffee plantations before settling in for the night.

DAY 2: TRANSFER TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK – GAME DRIVE

After breakfast, drive 2 hours to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a full-day game drive, spotting lions, leopards, giraffes, buffaloes, and cheetahs. Tarangire is also a birdwatcher’s paradise, with over 550 bird species.

DAY 3: TRANSFER TO LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK – GAME DRIVE

After breakfast, take a 2-hour drive to Lake Manyara National Park, known for its scenic landscapes and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a game drive, spotting: Tree-climbing lions lounging in the trees Flamingos and pelicans along the lake’s shores Elephants, zebras, hippos, and giraffes roaming freely After the safari, check into your budget lodge and relax.

DAY 4: TRANSFER TO SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK – AFTERNOON GAME DRIVE

DAY 6: SERENGETI – TRANSFER TO NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA

After breakfast, take a morning game drive in Serengeti, spotting predators hunting at sunrise. Then, depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a 4-hour scenic drive, stopping at Maasai villages along the way. Check into your budget lodge near the crater rim, enjoying breathtaking views of the Ngorongoro Crater.

DAY 7: NGORONGORO CRATER SAFARI – RETURN TO ARUSHA & DEPARTURE

After a picnic lunch by the crater lake, return to Arusha (4-hour drive) for your departure flight, marking the end of your incredible Tanzania safari.
