Cancellation by the Traveler More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total safari cost. 15 to 29 days before departure: 25% refund of the total safari cost. Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: No refund will be provided. 2. Cancellation by the Operator If the safari is canceled due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or operational issues, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. 3. Rescheduling & Changes Rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days before departure and are subject to availability. Changes requested less than 30 days before departure may incur additional fees. 4. Refund Processing Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after cancellation confirmation. Any transaction fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the refunded amount. 5. Travel Insurance Recommendation We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen events.
