Itinerary

DAY 1: NAIROBI – TSAVO NATIONAL PARK

Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi as you head to Tsavo National Park, Kenya’s largest and oldest national park. Tsavo is famous for its red elephants, diverse landscapes, and the legendary “Man-Eaters of Tsavo” lions. Enjoy a game drive en route to your budget lodge or tented camp. After check-in and lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive, searching for lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, and other wildlife. Return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

  

DAY 2: TSAVO NATIONAL PARK – SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE

After an early breakfast, depart for Samburu National Reserve, a scenic journey through Kenya’s vast landscapes. Upon arrival, check into your camp and enjoy lunch before heading out for an afternoon game drive. Samburu is home to unique species such as the Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, and Somali ostrich, along with predators like lions and leopards. The day ends with dinner at the camp, where you can relax under the starlit sky.

  

DAY 3: FULL-DAY SAFARI IN SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE

Today is dedicated to exploring Samburu’s diverse landscapes. Morning and afternoon game drives allow you to encounter the Big Five and rare northern species. In between game drives, enjoy a Samburu cultural tour, where you’ll interact with the local community and learn about their traditions. End the day with a relaxing evening at the camp.

  

DAY 4: SAMBURU – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Amboseli National Park, known for its breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro and large herds of free-ranging elephants. Upon arrival, check into your budget camp or lodge and enjoy lunch. The afternoon game drive takes you across Amboseli’s open plains, where you can spot lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and hippos. Later, enjoy a sundowner with spectacular views of Kilimanjaro before heading back for dinner and an overnight stay.

  

DAY 5: AMBOSELI – NGARE NDARE FOREST WALK – MOUNT KENYA (OLD MOSES)

Begin the day with a sunrise game drive in Amboseli, capturing the best wildlife moments with Kilimanjaro in the background. After breakfast, head towards Ngare Ndare Forest, where you will embark on a guided canopy walk through the lush indigenous forest, home to elephants, colobus monkeys, and rare birds. Continue the journey to Mount Kenya, where you will hike to Old Moses Camp, offering stunning views and a chance to experience Kenya’s high-altitude wilderness. Spend the night at a budget campsite or guesthouse.

  

DAY 6: ABERDARE NATIONAL PARK – WATERFALLS & WILDLIFE SAFARI

Depart for Aberdare National Park, a scenic highland reserve known for its majestic peaks, moorlands, and waterfalls. Enjoy a game drive where you might spot black rhinos, leopards, hyenas, colobus monkeys, and buffaloes. Aberdare is also home to rare species like the bongo, giant forest hog, golden cat, and serval cat. Visit the scenic Chania Falls before checking into your budget lodge or campsite for an overnight stay.

  

DAY 7: ABERDARE – MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE

Leave Aberdare and travel to the legendary Masai Mara National Reserve, Kenya’s most famous wildlife sanctuary. After check-in at your camp, embark on an afternoon game drive to spot the Big Five and other wildlife. The reserve is home to large lion prides, cheetahs, elephants, and the Great Migration herds (seasonal). Return to camp for dinner and a night in the wild.

  

DAY 8: FULL-DAY SAFARI IN MASAI MARA – RETURN TO NAIROBI

Start your final day with a sunrise game drive, the best time to witness predator activity. After breakfast, continue exploring the vast savannah, following the Mara and Talek rivers where hippos and crocodiles thrive. Cancellation by the Traveler More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total safari cost. 15 to 29 days before departure: 25% refund of the total safari cost. Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: No refund will be provided. 2. Cancellation by the Operator In case of unavoidable cancellations due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or operational issues, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the safari. 3. Rescheduling & Changes Rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days before departure and are subject to availability. Changes requested less than 30 days before departure may incur additional fees. 4. Refund Processing Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after cancellation confirmation.
